In today’s episode, I had planned to talk about failure, but I changed my mind after being featured on my friend's podcast called "Blessons." So instead, I wanted to share with you some of the most important lessons that I have learned over the last 47 years. I'm talking about facing your demons, standing up for what you believe in, and most importantly, learning to love yourself.
You know what they say, you gotta put yourself first. And I really want to encourage you to share your own stories, let out your emotions, and try to find the deeper lessons in your experiences. That way, you can avoid those same old mistakes coming back to bite you. Just remember, you are inherently valuable, and you have the power to achieve anything you set your mind to.
